Liverpool's Anglican Cathedral is the Church of England Cathedral of the Diocese of Liverpool, built on St James's Mount in Liverpool and is the seat of the Bishop of Liverpool. The Cathedral is Britain's biggest Cathedral, and took 74 years to build from the foundation stone being laid in 1904. The massive statue of the Risen Christ, by Elisabeth Frink which stands over the West Doors outside the cathedral
